Strawberry Chiffon Buttercream Cake!

I been eating A LOT of strawberries lately and I found this recipe on how to make a STRAWBERRY cake. It is a chiffon cake with butter-cream frosting. It looks so amazing and I bet it is so sweet and soft. I believe cakes should be soft and cold but no to cold. I hate dry room temp cake because the frosting is not stable no more and the cake is just falling a part. I got this recipe from Jen of Userealbutter.com! You guys should check out her website! (:

The Great Gatsby.

"The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald."

Many of you my know that there is a re-make of the movie The Great Gatsby that is coming out this May, but while the 'older' vision of the movie was good and I am looking forward to seeing the 2013 vision of The Great Gatsby; I still believe that the book will be better than the movie. I read the book almost a year ago and some other great classic novels but "The Great Gatsby" was the most fun to read and one of the most challenging. I loved the way the book flowed and the way that Scoot Fitzgerald wrote it. If you have no read this book I strongly suggest that you do!  Some other great books are "Mice and Men." by John Steinbeck, "To Kill a Mockingbird" by Their Eyes Were Watching God" by Night" by A Separate Peace" by John Knowles and many others.

By: April Horne

Photo Essay on how to make stuffed shells.

Cook the pasta until soft. You don't want to eat hard pasta because that is just gross!

Place pasta shells into a glass pan that it's lightly drizzles in olive oil, so the pasta won't burn on to the pan.

Cop the fresh spinach & parsley.

Mix the ricotta cheese and fresh spinach & parsley.

Put salt, pepper, garlic into the mix until it taste perfect to you.

The cop the onion in very small pieces and mix everything together.

Stuffed each shells with the mix.

Then pour some marinara sauce on the shells.

Baked them in the oven for 10-15 mins on 350F.
