Recipe:

Vietnamese Spring Rolls

Spring rolls are rice paper (that you can eat!) filled with fresh/raw vegetables and you can add meat if you wish. Spring rolls always almost come with a dipping sauce such as Asian peanut sauce or  Hoisin sauce.
